Jining Keli Photoelectronic Industrial Co., Ltd was formally established in 1997, restructured from the Optoelectronic Industry Company of the Laser Research Institute, Shandong Academy of Sciences (founded in 1994). Affiliated with Shandong Scitech Innovation Group Co., Ltd., we are a domestic pioneer in optoelectronic safety protection technology, and we specialize in opto-mechatronics integration, focusing on industrial safety protection and intelligent sensing and control.
We have a profound legacy of technological leadership in the industry. As early as 1994, we launched our first-generation LDKS-I optoelectronic protection device to the market, which was recognized as a National New Product in May 1995. In June 2007, we led the drafting and release of the national standard GB4584-2007, Technical Conditions for Optoelectronic Protection Devices for Presses, establishing a critical benchmark for the domestic industry. We are also the drafting unit for multiple key national standards including GB/T19436.1 and GB/T19436.2, and serve as the working group leader for electro-sensitive protection devices under the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Machinery Electrical Systems.
Our core product portfolio includes safety light curtains, automated light grids, programmable safety controllers, laser LiDAR, laser detection systems for rail transit, and laser safety devices for press brakes and bending machines. We also provide professional on-site risk assessment and customized visual safety solutions, widely applied in forging machinery, press equipment, automated production, logistics warehousing and rail transit industries to protect personnel safety. Our outstanding safety production technologies have been listed as key promotion projects by the national authority.
With rich experience in sensor and safety design, we have consistently invested in technological R&D and industrial transformation. We initiated the research of laser LiDAR technology in 2006, steadily advanced its industrialization, and launched safety laser scanners with fully independent intellectual property rights in 2014, realizing large-scale industrialization in 2015. In 2016, we released laser LiDAR for logistics navigation and obstacle avoidance. Today, we are a leading domestic supplier of 2D laser LiDAR. Our safety laser scanners achieve Type 3, Cat. 3, PL d and SIL 2 safety levels, while our safety light curtains meet the highest standards with Type 4, Cat. 4, PL e and SIL 3 ratings. All our products come standard with CE certifications, ensuring global compliance and reliability.
We prioritize quality management and system construction. We obtained ISO quality system certification in 1998 and upgraded to ISO9001:2015 certification. Our safety light curtain and safety laser scanners products have acquired TÜV functional safety certificates, and we established a long-term strategic cooperation with TÜV Rheinland in 2018 for in-depth collaboration in product certification and testing.
